Relatives of the remaining ROK hostages appeal to Afghan embassy for help

Taliban gunmen seized 23 South Korean church volunteers nearly a month ago in Ghazni province. Last Monday, the Taliban freed two of the women. Two male hostages have already been killed. The Taliban has threatened to kill the remaining captives unless their fellow militants are freed from jail.

The Afghan government has refused to let the prisoners go, saying that would encourage more kidnapping.
