Top leaders join NPC panel discussions

Top advisor, Jia Qinglin, joined deputies from Beijing. He said this year will concentrate on preparations for the upcoming Beijing Olympics, and the 17th CPC National Congress. He called for more efforts on energy saving and pollution control.
