From the historic Wang-Koo meeting in 1993, to the Chen-Chiang meeting earlier this year the talks between the mainland-based Association for Relations across the Taiwan Straits and the Taiwan-based Straits Exchange Foundation have gone through many ups and downs. Let's take a look at some of the historical moments of the talks.

On June 12th this year, The Chairman of ARATS, Chen Yunlin,  and the Chairman of SEF, Chiang Pin-kung were holding talks between the two organizations for the first time in nearly  10 years.
