Chian's first lunar orbiter has activated all 8 of its probing facilities on board.
The last four opened Tuesday and included a gamma/x-ray spectrometer and a microwave detector used to explore the Lunar soil. So far the facilities are working normally.
Experts say they are not quite ready to transmit data as several days of checks are needed to see whether they are working properly.
