NANJING, April 26 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese mainland and Taiwan signed Sunday afternoon agreements on launching regular flights across the Taiwan Straits, enhancing financial cooperation, and jointly cracking down on crimes and offering mutual judicial assistance.
