Delegation head, Shingtsa Tenzinchodrak, said the US resolution distorted facts on the Tibet Autonomous Region. And as a native Tibetan, Shingtsa Tenzinchodrak said he was upset by the move by the House. He called on US Congressmen to respect facts and discard prejudice. He also urged them to respect the feelings of the majority of the Tibetan people.
