China opposes US Tibet resolution

China has expressed opposition to a resolution on Tibet adopted by the US senate.

The Foreign Ministry says that the resolution consistently backs the Dalai clique and interferes with China's internal affairs.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has urged US senators to see the Dalai Lama's true nature of engaging in secessionist activities under the guise of religion.
