Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki has launched a fund designed to help Kenyans caught up in post election violence.

Kibaki says the fund will help resettle victims of violence.

He has also called for an end to the violence that has claimed more than 800 lives and forced about 255 thousand people from their homes since elections on December the 27th.

It's a vote opposition leader Raila Odinga accuses Kibaki of stealing.

The president warns the country's security forces will crack down on those believed to be responsible for the violence.
