"Nanhai One" to move to new home

The ancient ship,the Nanhai One, has been hauled to a temporary dock. Scientists are preparing to move the salvaged vessel to its new home.

It took 16-hours to get it to Yangjiang City. When weather conditions improve, it will be dragged ashore and taken to the museum.

The 800-year-old Nanhai One is estimated to have 60 to 80,000 relics on board. The ship will be placed in a giant glass tank, named the Crystal Palace. Visitors can watch archaeologists carry out the excavation underwater.
