Palestinian gunmen and firefighters stand in front of a damaged money exchange shop after it was hit in an Israeli missile strike in Gaza City early yesterday.

Israeli troops have arrested dozens of Palestinian militants during a raid in the West Bank town of Nablus, and have killed two Palestinians in central Gaza.

Israel's military says it has arrested some 30 Palestinian gunmen on the third day of an ongoing raid into the al-Ein refugee camp in the city of Nablus. The buildings in which the militants were taking cover have been demolished.

Meanwhile in Gaza, Israeli soldiers have killed two Palestinians in fighting during an incursion into the coastal Strip. Gunmen confronted the Israeli force,setting off explosives. An Israeli helicopter was also involved in the clashes.
