The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency is in Pyongyang to move forward with the DPRK's nuclear disarmament. As he arrived, Mohamed ElBaradei expressed hope his visit can make progress on the relationship with the DPRK.

Mohamed ElBaradei said, "This is a very important part of the six-party talks, implementing of the initial steps, I mean the DPRK shutting down their Pyongyang facilities and the US moving into lifting DPRK from their list of states supporting terrorism and financial restriction.
