In Mexico, the epicenter of the flu outbreak, officials have lowered their A/H1N1 alert level in the capital.

Universities, cafes, restaurants, museums and libraries will reopen this week as restrictions are lifted.

Repainting and decorating their premises, restaurant owners in Mexico City are preparing to reopen.

Javier Cortez, Waiter, said, "Little by little we are recovering. I don't think we will have the same level of business we used to, but little by little people will come."

Some are still worried the government will only partially lift restrictions. They fear it will further hamper their operations.
