Iran, Armenia to strengthen ties

The president of Armenia is in Iran for meetings with his Iranian counterpart.

The two leaders are to sign a memorandum on the construction of the Iran-Armenia railway.

Last year, the two countries inked ten agreements on security, political and economic cooperation in Tehran.
