White House: U.S., China to build positive, cooperative, comprehensive ties

WASHINGTON, April 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao agreed on Wednesday to work together to build a positive, cooperative and comprehensive U.S.-China relationship for the 21st century and to maintain and strengthen exchanges at all levels, the White House said in a statement.
