Benjamin Netanyahu made the remarks in a speech to parliament shortly before he was to be sworn into office. While calling on the Palestinians to fight terror and saying he would pursue a final peace deal with them, Netanyahu made no specific mention of establishing a Palestinian state... And the appointment of Avigdor Lieberman as Foreign Minister has raised international concerns, because Lieberman has hinted before that he would end peace efforts with the Palestinians.

The Netanyahu administration is one of the biggest in Israel's 61-year history. It includes some 30 ministers.
