France on high-alert ahead of NATO summit

France is on high-alert ahead of the NATO summit in Strasbourg this week, with around 10-thousand officers deployed. Meanwhile, one urgent task to be addressed at the summit is a trust fund for the national army of Afghanistan.

With world leaders due to attend the summit, security is a major concern. Border controls between France and Germany have been reactivated.
