Premier promises quick implemnetation of yuan settlement in HK

BEIJING, March, 13 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier said here Friday that a plan for the settlement of trade in the yuan has been formulated and the central government will see to it that the plan will be carried out as quickly as possible once it is approved by the State Council, or Cabinet.
