Better skills for rural workers

The catering industry provides a different success story with an order-to-supply employment module.
CPPCC member, Yan Qi, said, "Our workshop has been transferred to the farmers' fields. The poultry products they raise will be ordered and consumed in the catering industry, which has directly facilitated their reemployment."
Other advisors say what's needed are both temporary and long-term measures. Besides work skills, migrant workers have to be able to adapt to a different social environment.
CPPCC member, Li Zhaode, said, "I hope the government can stipulate a long-term training program. This will also solve the current problem of a low-skilled rural labor force."
The training for rural workers should also be demand-oriented for society and enterprises. Lawmakers and advisors say through the joint efforts, more opportunities will be created for the rural labor force.
