NPC deputy Liu Jiakun said, "Agricultural enterprises need migrant workers to come back to their home village. Sufficient support in this field will encourage employment on a large scale."

NPC deputy Zhao Zhiquan said, "Migrant workers needs to improve their skills. They could learn to farm in a scientific way and start various business in the countryside to realize their value. This is the option for the long-run."
