Russian press praises Premier Wen´s report

The overseas press has extensively covered Premier Wen Jiabao's government work report at the Second Session of the 11th National People's Congress, which started on Thursday. The Russian-based RIA Novosti praised China's persistent target of 8 percent annual economic growth in the face of the world financial crisis.
