UN´s Ban calls for timetable of Israeli withdrawal

With the Israeli decision to go ahead with a unilateral ceasefire UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon is pressing ahead with his own efforts to restore peace to Gaza. He is also calling for a timetable for the withdrawal of Israeli troops.

Ban Ki-Moon is also calling for a timetable for the  withdrawal of Israeli troops.

Ban Ki-Moon said, "This unilateral declaration of ceasefire should also be accompanied by a timetable for Israeli troop withdrawal, and at the same time Hamas should have corresponding response from Hamas militants. The fighting by both sides must stop.
