Israel has said it is committed to supporting the work of UN relief agency and other global international humanitarian agencies working in Gaza.
Mark Regev, Israeli Gov't Spokesman, said, "We will do what needs to be done to facilitate their vital work. In these important days, it is crucial that we work together effectively to meet the needs of the civilian population in the Gaza Strip."
A group of foreigners and Palestinians with dual citizenship are fleeing Gaza, crossing into Israel.
With mounting international pressure, they've been able to leave the territory during the Israeli offensive.
It's unclear how many left Gaza on Thursday.
Meanwhile, a military official said over 20 rockets fired from Gaza hit southern Israel on Thursday.
