The commando operation against terrorists holed up at the Nariman House has finally come to an end. Two gunmen are dead after soldiers stormed the Jewish center in Mumbai late on Friday. But they were failed to save the five hostages inside.

The commandos set off huge explosions to ensure that no militants would escape. They also combed the building to ensure none was left inside.

Five hostages and two militants were found dead inside the building.

Meanwhile, commandos continue to hunt for a lone gunman at the luxury Taj Mahal Hotel, who has so far eluded the security forces. He is believed to be holed up inside a ballroom.
