Several giant pandas from the Wolong breeding base in Sichuan Province are being moved over fears of landslides during the rainy season.

Four giant pandas have arrived at their new home at a panda research center in Fuzhou, capital of eastern Fujian province. Staff say the pandas were scared by the earthquake and while they're unstable at the moment, it's expected they will acclimatize to their temporary home soon.

The Wolong base was badly damaged in the recent earthquake and has already started planning a more advanced breeding center.
