Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said, "The new Iraq is not the Iraq of yesterday that provokes conflicts and wars and commits aggression against itsneighbors. It is a democratic, federal country with political and ethnic variety, which wants to have the best relations with all countries based on mutual respect and common interests and without the intervention in internal affairs."
