Olympic Flame on its way to Islamabad

After wrapping up its tour in Muscat, the Olympic Flame is on its way to the capital of Pakistan -- Islamabad. This will be the tenth stop of the sacred flame's 19-city journey outside China -- culminating in Beijing, the host of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Islamabad is located on the Potohar Plateau in Northern Pakistan.

After the torch relay begins, there will be a cauldron lighting ceremony, along with special entertainment. A total of 65 torch bearers -- mostly athletes -- will participate in the Olympic torch relay.
