Thai PM to attend Beijing Olympics opening

Thailand's foreign minister has said the Prime Minster of Thailand, Samak Sundaravej, WILL attend the opening of the Beijing Olympic Games this August as scheduled.

The minister also expressed Thailand's view that China handled the March 14th Tibet Riots peacefully and appropriately, and says the issue is an internal affairs matter.
