Most of Lhasa city's infrastructure that was damaged in the recent riots had been restored by Sunday.

After working around the clock, power suppliers have restored electricity.

Most homes now have full access to power, telecommunications links and TV signals. Over 10 kilometers of three major power cables in the city were damaged in the March 14th riots. After working around the clock, power suppliers have restored electricity.

The riots cut telephone links to over 7,000 households.90% of them have been reconnected.
