They expressed thoughts on promoting economic development and ensuring the legislative body's work is carried out smoothly.
After listening to the comments, Wu Bangguo said the national legislative body will do its utmost to improve its work at a higher level. Wu Bangguo stressed that to carry out NPC central committee's work, the top legislature should adhere to socialist political development with Chinese characteristics, strictly under the leadership of the Communist Party of China to ensure the basic interest of people, and to carry out work within the judicial procedure.
