Premier Wen holds talks with Japanese prime minister

Special Report: Japanese PM's China VisitBEIJING, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao began talks with Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda Friday morning.
The talks took place in the Great Hall of the People after a welcome ceremony.
Wen and Fukuda will discuss the Sino-Japanese strategic and mutually beneficial relations, as well as issues concerning cooperation in environmental protection and other regional and world issues.
After the talks, they will witness the signing of relevant cooperation documents and meet press together.
