China, US to sign two agreements on import safety

Special Report: 3rd China-U.S. SEDA senior US official says the US and China will sign two agreements to ensure Chinese exports meet US standards.
The US Health and Human Services Secretary will visit Beijing in mid-December. He admits China has worked hard to improve the safety of products after recent recalls.
Most of the recalls involving Chinese products were due to different standards between the two countries and design flaws.
