Hu Jintao and four others reelected into Politburo Standing Committee

BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- Hu Jintao, Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao,Jia Qinglin and Li Changchun have been reelected as members of the Political Bureau Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

They were elected into the nine-member Political Bureau Standing Committee at the first plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee Monday morning.
