Party Constitution amended to entrench Hu´s "Scientific Outlook on Development"

Zhang Xiaoyan said, "The amendment reflects the major strategic thoughts and practices the CPC Central Committee has set forth since 2002, when the 16th CPC Party Congress was held, such as the Scientific Outlook on Development and building a Harmonious Society."

Zhang has been studying the Party's Constitution for 20 years. She says, as the authoritative charter and the behavior regulation of the Communist Party, the political catch phrase will help the Party and the country keep a stable and fast development in the future.
