The general secretary of Communist Party of India says his party is keeping a close eye on the 17th CPC National Congress agenda.
CCTV spoke to Prakash Karat in New Delhi. Karat says intensifying cooperation between the two parties benefits bilateral ties, Asia and even the whole world.
Prakash Karat said, "We are the biggest left party in India. We have constantly admitted all through history of our party friendship and cooperation with China as a basis for development of the people and a harmonious Asia and also the entire world. I'm glad that our relations are strengthening. Cooperation between our two parties are growing."
