China's largest trading partner, the European Union, is paying great attention to the Party Congress.
EU Ambassador to China, Serge Abou, spoke highly of the the event, highlighting the political and economic strength that China has gained through reform and opening-up. China became the European Union's second largest trading partner this year, overtaking the US. Ambassador Abou says EU members are deeply interested in China's current development and its plans for the future.
Serge Abou said, "As a friend of China, we wish a successful congress The success of China is not only important for China, but also for us. "
