CPC Standing Presidium members join delegation group talks

Members of the CPC Standing Presidium have joined various delegation groups on the first day of the Party's 17th National Congress.
In group discussions with Party delegates, they pointed out the relevance of Hu Jintao's report for the Party's and the country's development.

Wu Bangguo took part in a discussion group with the An'hui Delegation. Wu noted that Hu Jintao's keynote speech raised new requirements for the making of a moderately prosperous society. It also set the direction for the development of the Party and the country. Wu strongly endorsed the Scientific Outlook on Development based on Deng Xiaoping Theory.
