Virginia Tech reopens Norris Hall

Virginia Tech University has reopened Norris Hall, where the campus shooting took place. The building will be used for laboratories and offices no classes will be held there.

University officials hope this will help staff and students move on from the tragedy.

All of the victims' families were contacted before last week's announcement that the building would be reopened.
