Beijing traffic control for NPC and CPPCC sessions

The Beijing traffic management bureau says it will begin issuing daily traffic forecasts, to ensure a smooth flow of traffic during the NPC and CPPCC sessions.
Authorities will make announcements about the time and roads that will be affected in the capital during the sessions. The announcements will start being made two hours before the start of each day's NPC and CPPCC meetings, and one hour before they end. Alternative routes for the public will also be suggested, and special electronic traffic signs will flash notices.
