Chavez: Cuban president Castro’s health improving

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says Fidel Castro's health is improving. Chavez said the Cuban President is now spending more time walking than in bed, but that he still has a long road to recovery ahead.

Castro has only been seen in photographs and videos since undergoing surgery. In the latest material, released about three weeks ago, Castro looked to be in such bad health that it raised questions about his future. Cuban officials have said it's still undecided if Castro will be able to attend December second celebrations commemorating the start of the Cuban revolution.
