But now he's got even more to do, with so many migrant workers losing their jobs and no immediate signs of turnaround.

Kang Houming said, "Some of my fellow workers don't know  how to protect their own interests, due to their education  and experience. So my mission here in the session is not  only let people know what we are doing, but also to bring  back useful information to encourage my fellow workers."

Kang spends most of his time preparing proposals, and discussing his concerns with fellow lawmakers.
