CPPCC holds 4th plenary meeting

One CPPCC member said that in order to expand cross-Strait economic exchanges and cooperation, priority should be given to policy coordination and integration of resources.

One advisor called for broader access to education and training for rural residents, saying this will increase farmers' employment and support agriculture. A fundamental task is to improve modern farming techniques and non-farm job skills of the rural population.
