Chinese, Tanzanian presidents vow to boost friendly ties and cooperation

Hu Jintao suggested that both countries enhance political exchange, deepen political trust and step up cooperation in trade, culture, education and public health.
He called for an early implementation of the cooperative programs and measures announced at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.
In November 2006, President Hu announced eight measures to promote China's ties with Africa.
