President Hu visits Tanzania

On the global financial crisis, Hu says China would like to enhance communication with Tanzania and other African countries to minimize the impact of the crisis.

Kikwete also called for joint action to address the effects of the downturn.

Following the talks, the two leaders witnessed the signing of several cooperation agreements between the two countries.
