Top Chinese leaders discuss state issues with NPC deputies, CPPCC members

Vice President Zeng Qinghong attended a group discussion with the Jiangsu delegation. They discussed and deliberated pressing issues from this year's session. Zeng Qinghong took the chance to give a speech on establishing a well-off society. He said Jiangsu as a province should develop under the concept of scientific development -- fast and harmoniously. Zeng also expressed hope that the local party leaders would strengthen their morals, work for a positive image and make achievements.
