Top Chinese leaders discuss state issues with NPC deputies, CPPCC members

CPPCC Chairman Jia Qinglin joined CPPCC deputies from Hong Kong and Macao. Jia said Hong Kong and Macao SAR enjoyed positive development in 2006. He said the central government will continue to maintain out the principle of "one country two systems".
