Top Chinese leaders discuss state issues with NPC deputies, CPPCC members

Premier Wen Jiabao joined Gansu deputies. After listening to their speeches, the premier said improving the environment is connected to economic and social sustainable development and global environmental efforts. He said the government must spare no efforts in carrying out the environmental protection strategy and put it on an important position within the economic and social development.
