Li Guoying looks decent, but he is here to find a job.

Li has been at home for months since returning from Zhejiang province. The factory he once worked for is downsizing.

Li Guoyong, a migrant worker, said, "A thousand yuan a month, I don't think it's good pay. The money is only enough for a basic living."
