Special Report:   HK 10 Years

Calligraphy and painting serve as the bond to connect Chinese all over the globe in an exhibition to be held in Hong Kong.

The exhibition is one of the events celebrating the tenth anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the mainland.

The exhibition is co-organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circle, Overseas Chinese Friendship Assiciation along with Hong Kong's Wei Hui newspaper. Artists Liu Dawei, Long Rui and Deng Lin from the Chinese Artists' Association are visiting Hong Kong to get inspiration from landscape and people.

Deng Lin, celebrated painter and daughter of Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China's reform and opening up, who worked so hard for Hong Kong's return, said it was an honor to revisit the city on this special occasion.

The exhibition will be held from July the 2nd to 5th at the Exhibition Hall of Hong Kong Central Library and Hong Kong City Hall.
