曹国伟(Charles Chao)

　　新浪联席运营长兼首席财务长

　　曹国伟于1999年9月加入新浪，担任主管财务的副总裁，并于2001年1月升任公司的首席财务长，现任新浪首席财务长CFO兼联席运营长COO。在加入新浪之前，曹国伟曾在著名的世界五大会计事务所之一的普华永道公司(Pricewaterhouse Coopers)担任资深经理，负责为美国硅谷地区的高科技公司提供审计及商业咨询服务。在普华永道任职期间，曹国伟参与了多个高科技公司在纳斯达克的上市工作，在高科技财务管理方面积累了丰富的经验。

　　曹国伟毕业于上海复旦大学新闻系，并获得美国奥克拉荷马大学新闻学硕士及德州奥斯町大学商业管理学院财务专业硕士。曹国伟为美国会计师协会会员，美国注册会计师。

　　Charles Chao joined SINA in September 1999 and worked as Vice President of Finance. In January 2001, Mr. Chao was appointed as SINA’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SINA, Mr. Chao served as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a Big Five accounting firm, providing auditing and business consulting services for high tech companies in Silicon Valley. During this period, he helped many high tech companies with their preparation of getting listed on NASDAQ and accumulated rich knowledge and experience in financial management.

　　After graduated from Journalism Department, Shanghai Fudan University, Mr. Chao won two master’s degrees in the U.S., one in Journalism from University of Oklahoma and another in Professional Accounting from Business School, University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
