The flag-raising ceremony was held at eight o'clock Sunday morning at the outside Hong Kong's Convention and Exhibition Center. Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang, senior government officials and 800 guests from all walks of life watched, as the Chinese National Flag and the Hong Kong SAR Regional Flag were raised. A police band performed at the ceremony.
